1Contents and data
Purposes: registration and subscription confirmation, maintaining its status, sending the newsletter I've selected, and unsubscribing. Promotional emails are sent only after I've specifically consented to receive advertising. Partners do not have the right to independently include my address in their newsletters.
Data: the email address I provided, the date and time of subscription and confirmation, the subscription status, the version of the consent text, the unsubscribe information and the minimum technical information necessary to confirm my choice and protect the form from abuse.
2Grounds and operations
Basis: Clause 1, Part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. I consent to automated collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, use for the specified purposes, status clarification, blocking, deletion, and destruction. This consent is separate from consent to advertising, policies, contracts, analytics, and ZeRobot.
3Term and subscription
This consent remains valid until you unsubscribe, revoke it, or stop receiving the newsletter. Subscribing is not a condition for viewing the website, receiving responses from ZeRobot, or accessing other features. After revocation, processing based on this consent ceases; if there is an independent legal basis, certain information will be used only for the corresponding purpose.
You can revoke your consent by using the subscription management link in the email or through support@zatet.comUnsubscribing also stops marketing communications. Data without other legal grounds will be deleted within the legally established timeframe. Minimum consent and revocation confirmations will be stored for up to three years after revocation or expiration of consent to protect rights, without further mailings.
